Fo:E - Littlepip in the rain

Finished this about a week ago, finally got around to finishing it.

Anyway, 'tis one of my favourite minor scenes in Fallout: Equestria.  Not very spoilerific, I think, but still good.

Took about an hour and a half to draw, two hours to 'ink' in, and about another hour and a half to colour and muck around with effects.
